FIRST PART OF THE HOME BUYING PROCESS
Step one is to fill out the info at the bottom of this page, read all steps first so you are clear on the home buying process

Step 2 will take you to the next link, you may have to fill out some additional info and even repeat some info, but don't worry this second step is what actually gets your info to our main system, as its a different website called Lending Pad where you will eventually need to upload all your documents etc..
STEP 2 - DOCUMENTS

Once you’ve submitted your full application and uploaded the requested documents, our team will review your information carefully.
If you qualify, we then provide you with a Pre-Approval Letter, which shows the loan amount you qualify for based on your income, credit, and assets. This is an important step that gives you the confidence to make strong offers and lets sellers know you’re a serious buyer.
STEP 3 - PRE APPROVAL

With your Pre-Approval Letter in hand, you can now begin shopping for homes within your qualified price range. Your realtor will use this letter to help guide your search and submit offers.
Once you’ve found the right property, we’ll move forward to the next stage of the loan process — locking in your loan terms and preparing for closing.
